It’s sad how to me how this issue is so isolating yet in a way universal. In Ecuador where I live many upper middle class people, especially women, get rhinoplasty to get rid of their “indigenous nose” (also with a hump). Even stranger is that probably a good number of those inherited their hump from the European parts of their family.
