15 Baseball Caps for Every Personality

Other than a sports team logo or my Alma Mater (“Cal”, go Bears), I don’t want my baseball hats to SAY anything. It’s just too much. I stick with an SF Giants hat, Patagonia baseball hats with good/simple logos, or Melin hats, which are amazing, waterproof/sweatproof and super comfy. For those of you looking for larger sizes, look at Melin – they have “XL” for bigger domes.

Yes! Baseball cap on every outdoor walk now. Somehow the caps my spouse and I gravitate to again and again are the one’s repping the other’s school. . .kinda love that :)

Saw this adorable and cool hat on a woman at my favorite local brewery (which just reopened!) — so fun!

I have a baseball cap from my favorite Brooklyn butcher. I got my guy to sneak one out to me, and I wear it on dog walks. For longer periods outside though, I need 360 degree coverage. I’ve been wearing wide-brimmed sun hats. I love the ones I have from Lorna Murray (colorful, straw, packable), and Janessa Leone (which I got for a song from a friend).

I do have a question for anyone who sees this, what are some good hairstyles for hats? I’ve been wearing a bun since my hair has grown out but want to keep it off my neck while wearing a hat. I’ve been doing a side braid but would love other options!

I’m a big fan of wearing baseball caps and my go to are Ebbets Field Flannels vintage 8 panel hats. They’re soft/flexible, have great style. I get compliments from men & women every time I wear one.

When visiting Marfa, Texas, I bought a simple black baseball cap from the souvenir shop that looked just like the SPF hat in your roundup but it says MARFA in small, white letters. I liked it, but I had no idea how much I would religiously wear it. It turns out a simple black cap goes with everything, especially for someone like me who likes to look kind of cute but hates doing her hair. Now I look for similar hats everywhere I travel. I want one of each on this list!

this is so weird! i just started wearing a baseball cap that i randomly bought on vacation. It’s seersucker and has an anchor on it, plus the name of the island we were on. i love it and plan to wear it all summer long!

Ebbets has the best hats, they are typically flannel hats with a satin bill lining but they released cotton caps last summer that are equally cute.

I’ve ordered 3 caps recently from Life is Good to wear on my morning walks and try to stop my hair from drying out in the Florida sun. I really love storied hats — no logos, come in lots of sizes and sustainably, ethically made. I bought some for my kids last summer— it’s hard to find hats for kids without logos / silly sayings / cartoon characters.

it’s so funny, I now live in the UK and never see ball caps. I know people are American when they wear one. it’s fun to see that this is a very national trend and def, not a global trend :)
