All the parts of my job that are less exciting, I think, “well, how can I really get into it?” and so I block out time, make tea, etc. and get into it. Do you know the job is then not so bad……….. (life lesson right there)

But now i will try for parenting because Lord knows I need help with my two.

I used to give my son my toothbrush and tell him he needed to brush my teeth while I brushed his. It was definitely a tricky dance but he loved it and it worked. No toothpaste on mine, obviously.
