If you’re interested in investing in your cooking method, the baking steel was a major upgrade for us that made a huge difference. We can get really nice crusts (Neapolitan style) in our conventional oven with it.

YES.
Make vegan Brazilian Cheese Bread and shape it into crust. Recipes are online. It works beautifully and is delicious. Just bake the crust first then return to oven with toppings.
