lolol love the Grateful Hearts thrown in there
I am a reader, and my husband is constantly watching sports on TV. Lately he has started talking to me during the commercials. Excuse me sir, my books do not have the same commercial breaks. I want the reading pillow!
A couple of years ago I ordered a pillow on Etsy that declared: “No dogs allowed on this sofa”. But I had to request a different size because the size offered was so large that my two dogs would not have fit on the sofa if the pillow was there. Despite the irony of the situation, the seller gladly made the adjustment.
But… if you don’t eat it on the coach, is it even a snack?
I *genuinely* want “No snacks on the couch” or the more general (and true to our house rule) “Take that food back to the kitchen.”
I definitely need one for “you can find that thing yourself”! It’s usually right near him! Why??
These are great! Definitely need the no snacking one as they think if I don’t see them, they can do it.
And the reading one! But on my bed so my husband sees it!
Oh my goodness – the no interruptions while mom is reading one! Every weekend morning I wake up early to get time to myself and read on the couch.
Lately my six year old has been sneaking out to read with me which was okay because she’ll actually sit and quietly read – so it’s cozy and I still get the stress relief.
But this last weekend I got a surprise! She had woken up her four year old sister and they and been waiting for me to come out – so my normal 45 minute reading time turned into a keeping the four year old from hurting herself ( she is a ball of energy).
It was not great!
They always show up when you need that early morning book time. Happens to me every Saturday! The kid door creeps open and I make the Seinfeld “Newman!” face.
‘This pillow is purely decorative. Please don’t nap on it.’ ;)
hahahaha
oh my gosh that’s what I say with some embroidered pillows I made; please don’t sit on them. I’m ashamed ahaha
