The original book Out of Africa and all the other stories Isaac Dinesen (pen name) has written.
True At First Light by Ernest Hemingway about his time in Africa with his wife. Clearly I have an Africa thing going on. I think I recall this book was completed by his daughter because he died while writing it.
Eat Pray Love because I read it at exactly the time in my life when I really resonated with it and the main character. I also love stories about women traveling and having adventures.

OLIVE KITTERIDGE!!
I have been boring through all of Elizabeth Strout’s books lately. Can anyone say why these books are so fantastic to read and such page turners?
My thought is besides the excellent writing, characters, it is as though we are picking up and reading from her diaries.
