Station Eleven – yep. I read the book when it came out and sort of forgot about it.

I watched the show during the Holiday vacation and it really shook me. It is so beautifully made, gripping and sadly, a reminder of what could be if we are not more careful… But it also gave me hope. Very powerful show.

+1 to Mighty Ducks Game Changers and The Mysterious Benedict Society! My kiddos are 6, 8, and 10 and those are big hits as a family.
We also love Kids Baking Championship, The Wizard of Paws (animal prosthetic engineering- it’s so cool), and Ronjia the Robber’s Daughter.

We love game shows that have creative/ maker elements. We loved Making It with Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman hosting. Also LegoMasters and Nailed It. Our latest is Making Fun, where Jimmy Diresta (awesome maker) takes requests for crazy inventions from kids! Also reruns of Mythbusters.
