What are you up to this weekend? Here are 11 fun links. We are heading to Rye Playland, a small amusement park about an hour outside NYC. I’m curious to check it out, and nothing is cuter to me than my kids nervously waiting for the rollercoaster to start. Hope you have a good one…

Plus, two reader comments:
Says Jacqueline on a fresh look for Cup of Jo: “Longtime reader here! I work in this field and I just want to say I know how stressful this process is. I wish you a bug-free weekend. Just know you have a loving and loyal readership who will be patient with fixes. This makes me want to say, ‘websites be websites.’ Haha, yup, it works here, too!”
Says Jenny on my summer uniform: “I used to feel really bad about my legs! I have *so many* spider veins and I was always self conscious about it. But then I realized that my spider veins made my legs look like my mom’s. She passed away when I was in my twenties, and now when I see her in parts of me, it’s like she’s waving hello. Maybe think of a rad lady who might also have spider veins (or whatever you’re self-conscious about) and feel a little bit of what I do?”
