Can anyone tell me whether using one of these will always create a little bendy curl at the bottom all the time or can you make it set straighter by holding it differently? On me I often prefer it straighter – I used to use straighteners but they tend to make my hair a bit flat and poker straight so wondering whether this might be the answer! I’ve seen flatter/oval shaped versions which might be what I need, but I’d like to have the choice to create a bend/wave if possible.

I didn’t get the swingy ends that I get with a regular blowout with the hot air brush.
