It has thickened my hair . I had lost a lot of hair after thyroid problems. A new hair stylist turned down my thoughts on hair conditioner after shampoo . I now use vinegar, diluted with an essential oil after shampooing . Let it sit fr a few minutes and rinse. Love it ! My hair is softer than it’s been in years. It doesn’t needs to be washed so often and I believe that slows down hair loss too. I will never have the great hair that I owned in my younger years but I haven’t been so pleased w my hair In a very long time.
Afterthought : the vinegar smell with essential oils isn’t so bad & the smell dissipates quickly.

The top knot has become my working from home go-to look. I couldn’t wear it at the office (it’s too informal), but I love it for my current routine (transitions well from that zoom pilates class to a conference call)! It’s easy, plus it gets my hair out of my face, and feels playful (key these days).
