I worked in a sweet shoppe in college (pies, cakes, cookies, donuts, coffee, etc.) and I was always on my feet, running everywhere, lifting heavy boxes, squatting and standing, pushing heavy tallboys full of items to and from freezers, whew! I walked to work the entirety of my many years in school (late graduate, holla!) and somehow still went to Pilates class and the gym! Nowadays in my post-grad life behind a desk, I look back and miss how active it enabled me to be!
